  6. Eat healthy food and drink tea for the rest of the day, no more coffee
  7. Take a mid-day break in nature with animals or wildlife if possible
  8. Focus on your work 100% - no social media, no distractions
  9. Learn while you work with audiobooks
  10. Watch educational videos on YouTube during downtime
